What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance or Medi-Cal card, a list of medications, and any completed intake forms.

Do I need a referral to see a primary care doctor at KCS?

No referral is needed. You can call us directly at 714-503-6550 to schedule with a primary care provider, whether you are a new or existing patient.

Can I get a same-day care appointment?
Yes. We offer same-day and next-day appointments for sudden illness. Call 714-503-6550 in the morning.
