Many of our services are available at no cost or on a low-cost basis and are offered in English, Korean, and Spanish to ensure accessible support for our diverse community.

Connect with Our Team

Contact one of our local community offices or visit us at a community outreach event. Our staff is available to answer your questions and help you access the services you need. No appointment is required for general inquiries.

Meet with a navigator

A community navigator will sit down with you (in person, by phone, or virtually) to understand your
situation and discuss your options.

Get connected

Start individual, group, or family counseling sessions at a time that fits your schedule. Services are available in person or through secure telehealth, providing convenient and flexible access to care.

Common questions about community service programs at KCS

Do I need to be a KCS patient to receive community support services?
No. Our community support services are available to all community members, regardless of whether you receive primary medical care at KCS.
What languages are available?
Many of our services are available in English, Korean, and Spanish to ensure accessible, culturally responsive care for our diverse community. 
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for general inquiries and information. For benefit enrollment, immigration assistance, or other services requiring dedicated staff time, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance by calling 714-449-1125.
