Common questions about patient support programs

Can KCS help me apply for Medi-Cal or other benefits?

Yes. Our team can help you apply for Medi-Cal and other programs you may qualify for, and connect you with food, housing, and other community resources. Call us at 714-503-6550 and we will walk you through it.

How do I start a telehealth visit?
Call 714-503-6550 to schedule a telehealth appointment. Our team will send you a secure link and walk you through how to join from your phone or computer.
Can I fill any prescription at the KCS pharmacy?
Our pharmacy fills most prescriptions. Our pharmacists can also answer questions and help manage your medications.
Are these services available in my language?
Yes. Our patient support services are available in English, Korean, and Spanish, with interpreter services for other languages upon request.
Can KCS help me get to my appointment?

Yes. We offer rides to and from appointments at select KCS clinics. This helps older adults, people with mobility needs, and anyone who cannot easily access other transportation. Call us at 714-503-6550 before your visit to see if you qualify and to schedule a ride.

How can I get care if I am experiencing homelessness?

We provide primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment for people experiencing homelessness. Our team can also help you enroll in benefits and connect you with housing and social services. Call us at 714-503-6550 to learn how to get started.
