What We Do

More than just healthcare. KCS is always in your corner.

Whether you need assistance enrolling in public benefits, accessing immigration services, finding mental health resources, obtaining free food assistance, or exploring available community resources, our team will guide you every step of the way. Many of our services are available at no cost or on a low-cost basis and are offered in English, Korean, and Spanish to ensure accessible support for our diverse community.

Navigation & Enrollment

We help you understand and enroll in the benefits and programs you qualify for:
  • Medi-Cal enrollment and renewal assistance
  • CalFresh (food assistance) renewal assistance
  • Covered California enrollment assistance
  • Immigration application and naturalization assistance
  • Assistance with KCS's sliding fee scale program
  • Help with completing forms, document preparation, and language interpretation

Peer support, education, and community-based mental health resources outside of the clinical setting.

Connect with Our Team

Contact one of our local community offices or visit us at a community outreach event. Our staff is available to answer your questions and help you access the services you need. No appointment is required for general inquiries.

Meet with a navigator

A community navigator will sit down with you (in person, by phone, or virtually) to understand your
situation and discuss your options.

Get connected

Start individual, group, or family counseling sessions at a time that fits your schedule. Services are available in person or through secure telehealth, providing convenient and flexible access to care.

Start Your Citizenship Application Today

Fill out the basic information for your N-400 citizenship application online before your visit. It takes about 15–20 minutes. Our KCS Community Services team will review it and contact you to schedule your in-person appointment, where we complete the official application together.

Common questions about community service programs at KCS

Do I need to be a KCS patient to receive community support services?
No. Our community support services are available to all community members, regardless of whether you receive primary medical care at KCS.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for general inquiries and information. For benefit enrollment, immigration assistance, or other services requiring dedicated staff time, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance by calling 714-449-1125.
