The mission of KCS is to promote projects and programs that provide culturally and professionally competent services to populations in need. KCS believes that healthier individuals and communities result from a combination of outreach, education, treatment and prevention efforts. The goal of KCS is to establish and manage programs and projects that provide training, counseling, information, resources and technical assistance in a quality, yet cost-effective manner. KCS remains committed to providing services to traditionally underserved populations.

KCS remains the fiscal and administrative overseer, providing operational support and fiscal management for its four subsidiary divisions:
